The Sugarcane Growers Fund has raised concerns that some farmers are not paying their loans as per the arrangements.
Chief executive, Raj Sharma says the Fund has some arrears accounts that need some constructive and practical repayment arrangements.
Sharma says while some growers have made arrangements, they are failing to keep up with it.
He is requesting growers who are facing difficulties, to visit the district offices.
Sharma says a number of letters have been written to the growers and due to change in postal address, the letters have not reached.
The chief executive says farmers must realize that at the end of the day the loans need to be paid.
Sharma says where possible the Fund will try to assist the growers but warns necessary action will be taken to recover the loans
He says the Fund is committed in the revitalization of the sugar industry.
