Four men including an assistant head teacher of a primary school have been charged with abduction and rape.

Three of the accused are alleged to have abducted and raped two students during a drinking party on the 15^th of last month in a house in Taveuni.

The two students are in Years 12 and 13.

The day after the incident, the fourth accused who is an assistant head master is alleged to have abducted and raped the same Year 12 student and gave her $10.

The information of the alleged incident was reported through Crime Stoppers and was investigated by Taveuni Police.

They were produced at the Labasa Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

All four have been remanded at the Vaturekuka Prison and their case will be called again on 26^th of this month.
