Crime Stoppers Fiji has revealed that the public are playing an important role in identifying perpetrators.

While marking its 15th anniversary yesterday, Chair – Graeme Brown says more people are now aware of the emergency number 919.

“Over the 15 years we had tremendous amount of response, we are reprogramming it and we are making sure that people are aware that 919 number is there for their own benefits.”

Brown says plans are to reprogram this service.
