A 43-year-old woman of Raiwaqa, Suva charged with unlawful possession of illicit drugs has been bailed by the Suva Magistrates court today.

Adi Ravi Manu is alleged have been found in possession of 0.18 grams of white crystal like substance known as methamphetamine in Suva on Friday last week.

The woman also had in her possession cash worth $13,942 FJD.

The court was informed the woman is currently breastfeeding her baby and should not be in remand.

The woman was granted bail with two sureties on the sum of $300 each.

She has also been given strict bail conditions.

Manu is expected to take her plea on April 16th.
