A couple of Nadawa appeared in the Nasinu Magistrates Court today each charged with one count assault.

It’s alleged they argued over money issues on the 9th of this month.

It’s alleged the woman threw a mobile phone at her husband which resulted in injuries to his face.

The Prosecution says the man allegedly assaulted his wife after this incident where she also received injuries to her body.

The couple are remanded in custody and will reappear on the 16th of this month.
