The Land Transport Authority is still carrying out consultations with the carrier operators and customers before finalizing a fare structure.

Chief Executive Carmine Piantedosi says this will take some time as they are still collecting information to determine the costs involved for the carriers. .

He says they do not want to set the price too high that could possibly put carrier operators out of business or the prices which could affect customers.

Piantedosi says it is a long process and will take time.
