China gives assistance to Fiji Police

Assistance continues to pour in to the Fiji Police Force by the People’s Republic of China.

China’s Ministry of Public Security today signed assistance worth $2 million with the Acting Minister for Defence, National Security and Immigration, Jioji Konrote.

The assistance includes specialised equipment for police to carry out their daily operations.

Konrote says welcomed the Chinese delegation saying Fiji has enjoyed a long healthy relationship with the People’s Republic of China.
