Businesses will be given an opportunity to further dissect the 2017/2018 National budget at the Fiji Business Forum.

Fiji Chamber of Commerce and Industry, vice president Nouzab Fareed says the Chamber previously used to hold pre-budget forums.

However, Fareed adds they have taken a different approach this year.

“Always the Fiji Business Forum is a forum where we bring new ideas to the Minister for Economy to be included in the Budget but this time we want to test a different version.”

Fareed says the Economy Minister, Agriculture Minister and the Trade Minister will be at the Forum to answer queries and give detailed explanations to the business sector.

The Forum will be held this Saturday at Suva’s Grand Pacific Hotel.
