The body of the 9 year old boy who was reported missing with his grandfather in Taveuni last week has been found.

The body was discovered along the Salialevu Estate shore by an employee of the estate after midday yesterday.

The grandfather and the nine-year-old – his grandson had gone to Navakacoa village, Taveuni to drop off some passengers but failed to return home.

The search for the 63 year old grandfather has been called off.
