BAF signs up for EIS with UTOF

The Biosecurity Authority is the 28th Employer to sign up for the EIS which will benefit the employees in terms of tax-free dividend, potential growth and financial security.

EIS is the Unit Trust of Fiji’s national financial initiative to promote savings and investment in the workforce.

Under this agreement, both institutions will be able to empower BAF’s employees to save and invest for their wealth management.

Acting Chief Executive, Hillary Kumwenda says EIS essentially provides a platform for employees to regularly invest their funds through direct salary deduction and the investments under EIS is on voluntary basis.

Unit Trust’s main objective is to promote and inculcate the culture of savings and investment in the workforce.
