About seventy families from twenty settlements in the Suva-Nausori corridor had reason to smile yesterday after receiving gift hampers from the Rotary club of Suva, Peninsula Sunset.

FBC News caught up with the club at the hart home in Lakena just outside Nausori.

Club president Barbara Mailimali says this gesture happens every year.

The Rotary Club of Suva, Peninsula Sunset believes yesterday was a good day to hand out the hampers as Diwali is just around the corner.

Their next visit is in Christmas.
