A 20-year-old man has been taken into custody for his alleged involvement in the murder of a 23-year-old tertiary student at the FDB foreshore in May.

Police Spokesperson, Ana Naisoro confirms investigators had pursued several leads and managed to gather information linking the suspect to the incident.

The suspect was arrested yesterday and is currently being questioned at the Totogo Police station.

The deceased was found lying in a pool of blood by two men near the Suva Foreshore.
