The ruling on the no case to answer for 14 people charged with sedition will be delivered today at the Lautoka High Court.

The 14 are facing charges in the Nadroga sedition case.

The group is alleged to have signed a document titled ‘Nadroga-Navosa Sovereign Christian State’, in 2014 with the alleged seditious intention of bringing into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection against the State.

The 14 are Jimi Koroibete, Adi Cuvu Gavidi Atama, Semi Tanikili, Ratu Osea Bolawaqatabu, Adi Vasemaca Veikunekibulu Gonewai, Eroni Rikoriko, Ratu Inoke Tasere, Seru Kunalagi, Ulaiasi Rabua Tuivono, Peniasi Naqau, Ratu Tevita Makutu, Mosese Navaci, Alifereti Nakuinivou, and Jorama Ratulevu.

Aman Ravindra Singh is representing 12 of the accused.
