119 residential lots will soon be available for the residents in Tavua.
The ground breaking ceremony for the development of the Koronisalusalu subdivision project was officiated by the Local Government and Housing Minister Parveen Kumar Bala yesterday.
Bala says the latest development will help meet the growing housing demand in Tavua.
The Government is spending over four million dollars on this project and the tender has been awarded to B.W,Holdings Limited for 10 months contract to develop the area.
Bala also says the next priority is providing 109 residential lots in Covata, Labasa, 172 lots in Nepani, Nasinu and 620 lots in Veikoba, Nasinu.
He said that the Housing Authority will also be building strata units at Wainibuka which will commence soon.
