Steve Cordeiro assisting 15 young business operators.

There is a need to accelerate the current operations of young entrepreneurs and women in business.

This was highlighted by Australian Business expert, Steve Cordeiro who is currently in the country assisting 15 young business operators to develop skills in marketing, human resources and management and financial management.

Cordeiro says the training will help business operators improve and compete successfully on the global stage.

“The first pilot program was run three years ago and we saw some outstanding participants come out from that program and as a result of that program, we now run the second series where we see another group of very enthusiastic and entrepreneurial young people come up and develop their business ideas further.”

About 15 business operators are currently part of the Fiji Enterprise Engine training program facilitated by the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation.
