The Real Estate Association is working closely with Police in trying to identify not only local but international bogus agents as well.

This is one of the main challenges faced by the association.

REA President, Anand Goundar says it’s important that these bogus agents are identified.

”If we are able to get these Bogus Agents out of way and the Real Estate License do that we can contribute more revenue to the government so we will seek help from the government in this regard and also the Licensing Board and we will also monitor and report them.”

Meanwhile, the association contributes the third highest revenue to government.
