Weightlifting Fiji’s Elieen Cikamatana has continued with her fine performance at the Australian International Open in Brisbane.

Cikamatana claimed the gold medal in 90kilo womens category with a total lift of 243kg.

Apolona Vaivai also won a gold in the 69kg category after lifting a total of 215kilos on Saturday.

In the mens division, Taniela Rainibogi won gold in the 86kg weight division, while Poama Qaqa won silver in the 62kilo category and Manueli Tulo did not finish due to injury.

In total Fiji won three gold and a silver medal at the competition.
