Welterweight boxer, Ronal ‘The Slugger’ Naidu is ready to take on Johnny Singh at the Wild West Boxing Promotion, next week.

Speaking to FBC Sports from his training camp in Nadi, Naidu says he is fully prepared to put up a strong fight against the fighter nicknamed ‘Machine Gun’.

“I’ve been preparing for a week now and I’m looking forward to this fight and yes, I’m just waiting for this day to fight.”

Naidu says he will make use of every opportunity to reach his target during the fight.

The battle between Ronal Naidu and Johnny Singh will be held at Prince Charles Park in Nadi next Saturday.

Meanwhile, heavyweight champion, Petero Qica will defend the Fiji Heavyweight title against Napoleon Taumoepeau in the feature bout.
