Meanwhile, Kevin Naiqama will lead the Bati against Samoa.

Suliasi Vunivalu remains on the wing with Isaac Lumelume.

Bulldogs dummy half Brandon Wakeham joins Naiqama in the halves while Taane Milne and Brayden Wiliame are the starting centres.

Kane Evans, Joe Lovodua, Tui Kamikamica and Viliame Kikau have been named in the forwards.

Cronulla Sharks second rower Jayson Bukuya, Eels winger Maika Sivo and Dragons star Mika Ravalawa are unavailable.

The Bati is in pool B of the Oceania Cup with Samoa and Papua New Guinea.

They will take on Samoa at 1.20pm tomorrow.

Fiji will need to beat both Samoa and PNG in order to play a Tier One team next year.
