Rotuma High and Gau High school reigned supreme in the Maritime athletics zone meet at the National Stadium.

The girls division was dominated by Rotuma who finished the day off with 6 gold and 1 silver, while Koro came in second with 6 gold.

Gau finished third in the girls division with 1 gold and 1 silver.

Gau Secondary topped the boys division with 6 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze.

Rotuma High was second with 5 gold, 2 silver 1 bronze as Koro, again dinished third with 4 gold and 1 silver.

Meet co-ordinator Biu Colati confirmed that no new records were set but a handful of athletes had qualified for the Coca Cola Games which begins on Friday.
