Nadroga takes to the sand dunes

July 10, 2012 1:06 am

Following in the footsteps of the national rugby teams, the Nadroga soccer team has taken to the sand dunes to step up on their fitness.

Nadroga president Dhiren Lal says fitness is a vital area with the 90 minute games.

“What we have to do is work on our physical fitness. The 30 players minus the Nigerian players will be at the sand dunes from today. It’s physical fitness then from there we will start working on strategy.”
