It will be tough: Waqavatu

Suva rugby team manager Samisoni Waqavatu says their Digicel Cup match
against Lautoka this afternoon will be a tough.

He says they will not leave any stones unturned as they try to prevent a second loss this season.

“it;s a battle of the City’s game we admit it will be a hard game. Lautoka leads the points table and we are in the fourth place and it;s just an uphill battle for us.”

Suva has fielded one its strongest line-ups in the likes of Manasa Saulo,Vesi Rarawa, Samu Bola, Epeli Uluivadra, Vili Veikoso, James Brown and Alipate Mataicilia.

In other matches today, Nadi takes on Ovalau at 1pm at Churchill Park, Northland meets Tailevu at Gatward Park, while Nadroga plays Rewa at the Burbasaga grounds.

A live radio commentary of the Rewa-Nadroga match will air on Radio Fiji One with the voice of rugby Graham Eden.

The delayed television coverage of this game will air on FBC TV at 11pm today.
