Sanni Issa scored the winning penalty as Auckland City beat Moghreb 4-3 and qualify for the quarter-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup.

Both teams were tied 0-0 after full-time and they couldn’t be separated after extra time as well.

Both had missed a penalty each before Issa scored and Mehdi Khallati missed, sending the City faithful into frenzy.

City will now play ES Setif from Algeria in the quarter-finals on Sunday.
