JOVILISI BORISI IN THE MIDDLE

The Rewa football has applied for the release of Tavua’s star goalkeeper Jovilisi Borisi.

The Fiji Football Association has confirmed receiving the application today.

Borisi who was initially interested to join Ba is now been targeted by the Delta Tigers.

The Fiji Under-23 stopper has played a vital part for Tavua in the Vodafone Premier League and in the Fiji FA tournaments last season.

It is also understood that Labasa wants to bring Borisi into its squad.

Meanwhile, in the VPL matches this weekend, Lautoka plays Tavua at 3pm at Churchill Park on Sunday and in the other match at the same time, Nasinu hosts Ba at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
