Flying Fijians wary of Dixon
July 10, 2015 4:42 am
Vodafone Flying Fijians forward, Dominiko Waqaniburotu has singled out Maori All Blacks rep, Elliot Dixon as the player to watch out for in their clash tomorrow.
Dixon had a stellar performance for the Highlanders in their Super Rugby final win over the Hurricanes and has been named on the reserves bench.
Waqaniburotu, who plays for French Top 14 club, Brive says it will be a good matchup to take on players such as Dixon tomorrow.
“He played well in the final, I rate him really high and I’ve watched him in his games this year so it’s going to be a challenge for me to play against someone like him. But of course there are other players like him in the team with Super Rugby experience so it’s a challenge not only for me but for the players as well.”
The Flying Fijians will host the Maori All Blacks at 3pm tomorrow
You can catch the live commentary of the match on BULA FM wit h the voice of Rugby, Graham Eden.
