Top local 15s rugby coaches began a three-day IRB Level Three Training Course at the Holiday Inn with rugby expert, Michael Galvin.
Day One in Suva yesterday featured 14 participants which included the likes of Flying Fijians coach, Inoke Male his assistant Alifereti Mocelutu and Fiji 7s duo, Alifereti Dere and Etuate Waqa.
Galvin touched base with the cream of the crop to build on the ability to develop analytical skills.
This is his second trip to Fiji this year, to follow up on progress with the coaches and their relevant teams.
FRU coaching director, Frank Boivert says the discussions involved participants being able to execute the right processes involved when teaching players new skills.
Also present was former Fiji 15s coach, Ilivasi Tabua, Iosefo Bele and Fiji Under 20 coach Sale Sorovaki.
Sessions continue today whereby they will also be working with the Fiji Under 20 rugby squad.
