The Lands Ministry is currently processing two applications on land in the Land Bank to be returned to landowners.

Lands Permanent Secretary Malakai Finau says the return of these lands is at the consent of the landowners.

Finau says this applies to all land held in the Land Bank as it can be given back to owners and government has no right over it.
