The Education Ministry says they have successfully topped up Government subsidized student eTransport cards.

It is now eligible for redemption ahead of the start of Term 3.

Acting Education Minister, Ashneel Sudhakar says to access these funds, all students carrying blue eTransport cards need to get the balance loaded onto their cards using the “redeem” function on any e-ticketing machines installed on buses or by visiting any Vodafone/Valuefone and Mr. Mobile outlets or District Education Offices/Headquarters.

He says the students can also use the new E-ticketing KIOSK machines at Suva, Nausori, and Nadi bus stands.

Sudhakar says all cards are open for redemption from today and parents and students are urged to redeem these funds before the start of Term 3 on Monday.
