The marking of road stages is a major concern faced by bus operators on a daily basis.

Independent Bus Fare Review Committee Chair, Joel Abraham says this was one of the major issues raised by bus companies during their meet with the Committee.

”There was a high degree of misunderstanding between the public and drivers and this is something that the companies are facing on a day to day basis is where the stage does starts and where does it ends. So there has to be more education and awareness with this regard.”

Abraham says they are currently liaising with LTA to help address this issue.
