Police are looking for a man who allegedly broke into Singh’s Curry House restaurant in Suva early this morning.

Police spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri says the suspect allegedly stormed into the restaurant and took the cash till which had no money inside.

Sokomuri says nothing was stolen from the shop but the suspect is on the run.

When FBC News arrived at the scene, a police officer and an employee were outside the restaurant.

Part of the front door was smashed and the cash till was lying on the footpath.

A t-shirt was also left at the scene.

Police investigation continues.
