NFP leader claims FijiFirst candidates have lack of knowledge

The National Federation Party leader has attacked the FijiFirst youth candidates for their lack of knowledge regarding the events of the past.

Professor Biman Prasad claims FijiFirst youth candidates are talking about the 1987 and 2000 coup while campaigning without understanding the circumstances surrounding these events.

Prasad believes the NFP has a group of young, dynamic and intelligent candidates unlike the FijiFirst.

Campaigning in Korovuto, Nadi yesterday, Prasad accused the FijiFirst candidates of taking an easy route.

Meanwhile, Party President, Pio Tikoduadua says the NFP will bring change that people want.

Tikoduadua claims the party has always championed the course of our youths, claiming this is one factor which will shape a country’s future.
