The Lautoka Sugar Mill is almost ready for this year’s crushing season.

Crushing at the Lautoka Mill will begin on the 3rd of next month.

Fiji Sugar Corporation Chief Operating Officer, Navin Chandra says they expect this year’s crushing to be better when compared to previous years.

Chandra says FSC officials have been making regular visits to the Mill.

Meanwhile the Rarawai Mill in Ba will begin crushing on the 17th of next month.
