Fiji Airways suspends jet flights to and from Suva

Fiji Airways will suspend its direct flights between Nausori, Auckland and Sydney from the 26th of this month.

A statement from the airline confirms these routes will be cancelled until the 26th of October due to restrictions placed by Fiji Airports Limited.

FAL is working on the runway at Nausori Airport and has stopped the entry of jet aircraft during this time.

The airline says all affected passengers from the cancelled flights will be re-booked to fly in and out of Nadi International Airport, with connecting flights to and from Suva on Fiji Link.

Passengers will be notified about the changes directly or through their travel agents.
