The Nausori Town landowners are waiting for an approval to in order to begin the subdivision of proposed fifty commercial lots for Nausori traders.

Land owner, Ratu Lepani Tagicakibau says the proposed lots will be on crown land with their title.

He says the land was previously leased by the Nausori golf course.

“Right now we have engaged a registered surveyor who has already surveyed the prefery and we are waiting for that approval. Although the skim plan has been approved by town country planning this allows us to develop more than 50 lots in that piece of land.”

Ratu Lepani, says many traders have shown interest in buying the commercial lots.

The sixteen acres land is situated next to the new Nausori market.
