The grading of restaurants will start later this month, says Senior Health Inspector Samu Bolailai.

Bolalailai told FBC News the department was waiting for the legal vetting on the fees that are to be charged, from the Solicitor General’s office.

Meanwhile, Bolalailai says Health Inspectors from the West will undergo training from tomorrow on how to grade eateries.

“Restaurants owners should know what to expect from our graders and the graders should also know what to expect from the food business operators in order to have this grading system a successful one.”

All restaurants will have to comply with the grading system to remain operational.
