Giving back to the community is an area that will be given new priority with the launch of the Asco Foundation.

Asco Motors CEO – Craig Sims says while the Japanese owned company has been involved in various community projects over the years in Fiji, there is now a more organised approach in which they hope to better acknowledge the community they’ve been privileged to work in.

“We have always done a lot of CSO as part of the Asco business but we are setting up a separate charitable trust called the Asco Foundation so we’re focused on some of the key pillars of Fijian society like road safety, water safety, health care and education. So we’ll be looking at specific projects over the next several months and then seeing how we can get involved in these.”
