The Fiji Revenue and Customs Service had targeted to launch a Small Medium and Enterprise support Center on the 1st of this month, however, there are some delays.

The Chief Executive Visvanath Das says there were some challenges that led to a delay in the project, but now it’s expected to finish by the end of this month.

Das has highlighted that through the support center the Small and Medium Enterprises will be able to access services similar to gold card service.

“Similar to gold card service kind of relationship managers whereby you can go and very senior people serving you at the level of managers, chief assessor, and auditor level service.”

He adds the center will be a one-stop shop where all relevant information will be provided.
