Kavekini Tabu earned his debut inclusion after impressing Baber and the coaching staff.

Baber says Tabu will add the much-needed firepower to the team.

The Fiji 7s coach intends to keep the majority of his 2019 Series winning combination together enabling them to strengthen their game.

Dubai was also the debut tournament for Aminiasi Tuimaba, Vilimoni Botitu and Ratu Meli Derenelagi who now head into their second HSBC World Sevens Series as established names on the circuit.

Paula Dranisinikula will Captain the side as he returns to Dubai after missing the fixture in 2019 with a fractured leg.

The Dubai 7s will run from the 6th to the 8th at The Sevens Stadium.

The Fijian 7s are pooled with France, Argentina and Japan.
