Sonny Bill Williams has been handed the leadership of the Blues as they prepare for what could be one of the most emotionally-wrought matches in the team’s history.
Williams, named at second-five, will captain the struggling team against the Sunwolves.
The Blues are clearly happy to be home after the tragic news broke before their loss to the Jaguares, their third in three games.
Meanwhile, looking at this weekend’s super rugby matches, Hurricanes meet Highlanders at 6.35 tomorrow afternoon followed by Rebels-Brumbies at 8.45.
On Saturday, Crusaders meet Chiefs at 4.15pm, Blues battle Sunwolves at 6.35pm before Waratahs playing Reds at 8.45pm.
On Sunday, Lions will take on Jaguares at 1.05am.
