The Rewa football side has won its final pool match in the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants beating Dreketi 3-2 at Churchill Park.

Rewa led one nil at half time with a goal from Iosefo Verevou.

Sairusi Nalaubu and Taione Kerevanua scored two goals for Rewa in second spell before Dreketi’s Inia Veitaukula and Shamal Lal got goals for their side.

Rewa has finished its pool matches and has six points.

They now will have to wait for the result of the match between Suva and Nadi in-order to qualify to the semifinals.

Nadi has six points and will need only a draw to qualify while Suva needs a win to qualify.

Meanwhile in the match currently underway, Labasa is leading Tavua by 3-nil.
