Netball Fiji’s rebuilding phase has been boosted.

This is after Digicel Fiji along with Punja and Sons announced today an immense joint sponsorship of the Fiji Netball Association.

Both companies ink a new three-year deal for a ‘substantial’ investment after initially signing on as major netball sponsors in 2014.

Netball Fiji President Wainikiti Bogidrau says they are delighted with the extension of the partnership for another three years.

She says Netball is currently in a re-building phase and they know the sponsorship would ensure that their home competitions continue to support the development of the sport in general and they are proud to continually be associated with both Digicel and Punjas.

Digicel Fiji CEO, Mike Greig the joint sponsorship will help the growth of the country’s single biggest female participation sport.

Meanwhile, Gopal Jadhav, Punjas Group Marketing Manager says they see great value in contributing to the success of netball across Fiji, and thank Digicel for being their continued sponsorship partner.

The Digicel Punjas sponsorship will cover the National Championship and International series at home in addition to any other Fiji Netball organized local tournaments.
