The Ba football side hopes to make a winning start when they take on Nasinu in its opening Vodafone Premier League match on Sunday.

Ba team secretary, Iliyaz Khan says they have been playing few build-up matches and their preparation is on track.

“Our objective this year for the 2019 Vodafone Premier League is to be the league winner and we are doing everything. We are building our team as it’s a very youthful team with mixture of senior players. We will take each game at a time.”

Ba faces Nasinu at 3pm at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori on Sunday.

In the other match at the same time, Lautoka hosts Tavua at Churchill Park.
