The Pillay Garments Champion vs Champion series between Lautoka and Labasa is expected to be a thriller for fans as the winner walks away with $5,000 and the runners up gets $2,500.

The tournament will be a battle between the 2016 Inter District Champions, Labasa and last year’s National League winner, Lautoka.

The major sponsor gave $4000 each to both teams to help them with their preparation.

Compared to last year, the total prize money has increased to $25,000 this season.

Lautoka will face Labasa at 1pm this Saturday at Subrail Park in Labasa and you can catch the live commentary of the game on Radio Fiji Two with the voice of soccer Raymond Stoddart.
