Athletics Fiji will be selecting athletes from the Chow Games for the 2015 Pacific Games.

Vice President, Joe Rodan Jnr says their aim is to recruit more raw talents and develop them before the tournament.

“Eight percent of our athletes most probably will come out of the raw talents or the ready working progress talents that are on show or has presented itself nationally.”

Rodan adds their strategic plan is to do better than Australia and New Zealand by the 2019 Pacific Games in Tonga.

The 2015 Pacific Games will be held from July 4th to the 18th in Papua New Guinea.
