Calls are being made for more females to be part of the quarter mile drag race.

Winner of the last race, Suman Kumar says women should take full advantage of this opportunity.

“Our ladies, my friends i urge u, lets prove it. As ladies we can do anything and everything and i request all of you to make your way to the tracks on November 23rd and i also request the husbands and partners to please give your wives a chance. It’s a good opportunity and we don’t get this type of opportunity every time.”

Suman clocked a time of 17.32 seconds in her last race and says she is training hard to improve her time in this week’s race.

The race will be held in Pacific Harbour this Sunday.
