An investigation is underway into yet another bus fire that happened in Nadarivatu yesterday afternoon.

Police say the 42 year old driver noticed smoke coming out of the engine compartment.

Ten passengers who were in the bus disembarked safely and the driver was able to put the fire out.

This is the second bus to have caught fire yesterday.

In Samabula, Suva, a bus belonging to Nasese Bus Company Limited also caught fire but the driver was able to put the fire out.

Passengers also escaped unharmed.
