Two new directors have been appointed to the board of Fijian Holdings under the nomination of the Minister for iTaukei Affairs.

A statement from FHL confirms Isikeli Tuituku and Viliame Cegumalua are the new board members, replacing Ulaiyasi Baya and Ratu Samuela Nawalowalo.
Tuituku and Cegumalua are representatives of B class shareholders.

Aseri Radrodro has also resigned from the FHL board.
