A 39-year-old mother of two who’d been evading court cases since February this year has been remanded in custody.

Litia Levaca is charged with absconding bail and appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court this morning.

Levaca sought forgiveness in court, but Magistrate Makereta Mua told Levaci she has to attend court cases.

She is remanded until January 5th.
