A man who allegedly stole two tinned corned beef from a Supermarket in Flagstaff has been charged with one count of theft.

It is alleged that Metuisela Daucakacaka walked into the Supermarket on Tuesday and stole the tinned beef from the shelf.

He was later confronted by a Security officer on duty and was arrested and charged by Police.

He is expected to appear in court soon.
