A large crowd gathered to take part in the march organized by the Fiji Trades Union Congress in support of the striking ATS workers.

ATSET Secretary, Vili Finau, says they are overwhelmed by the support shown by the people today.

Other Trade Union members, politicians, NGO’s and families and friends of the striking ATS workers were also part of the march supporting the strike which has been declared illegal by the Employment Minister.

Finau says that this shows people are standing up to their rights.

The march began from the Nadi town and ended at Denarau.

Those that took part in the march are currently gathered at Nadi District School Grounds.
